WotLK Couple of Questions.

1. How come when I change my resolution, the game minimizes and never comes back up? I'm literally locked out of everything and have to restart my PC.

2. Can you use add-ons and if so, how do I determined which ones are compatible?

1. Untick read-only from wow folder under properties.
2. You can use them, simply type "Warmane addons" on google and you'll get several posts with loads of addons and explaining how to configure them. It's important the addon is 3.3.5 version. Anything above won't work.

Every time I un-click read-only, it doesn't save. I click Apply and then OK but nothing happens.

You should delete it from torrent list and move the folder somewhere else, something along those lines, and then redo the untick thingy.
