WotLK Banned for "botting" but im innocent

Hello. Few days ago i just get back my hacked account. Warmane staff helped me with changing email adress and password. That guy who stealed my account was using cheats, farm bot or some shiz. I've never used any cheats/bots on my account. Is it possible to get this ban off and make this account playable? I've done ban appeal and im waiting for reply.

The ban appeal is all you can do but unfortunately since those tickets are lowest priority it will probably be a few days.
