DESCRIPTION
On Tuesday I was Banned without no reason then I go to my profile and see what happened but I didn't find anything so I made this ticket, I created a new character and I setted up the bars then I was banned without no reason, please help me .

BAN EXPLANATION
Because I didn't use hacks in game and I was banned without no reason when I setted up the bars of my new Warrior....

Yesterday the server ban me again without no reason when I click on the mount (bear) in bag, It's my other account and in my profile said Violation #1
Please help me I didn't do anything
