After a while, I've played again. but to my surprise my character has disappeared, where is he?

Did you log in game to check if your characters are there? They might have lost their names during inactivity cleanups so they won't show up on website.

If someone has recently logged on your account and deleted your characters, they can be restored in Services > Character Restoration.

If that doesn't solve your problem, you can try making a support ticket on website here or sending an email to [email protected] but I don't know if they will be able to help you.
