[ANSWERED]Does any GM read tickets ?

I was reported by new players and wrongly banned due to distrupting gameplay and so I made ticked yesterday. Yet nobody did read it so im wondering if anybody read it?

Btw can anybody ever be punished for asking to kick from party on rhc if instance is bugged ? I did becouse they bugged instance and we couldn't continue anyway. Instead of kicking me they did report and so Im suspended....

Making an ingame ticket won't help, you must make a ban appeal on the website.
