WotLK Icecrown Crash - ERROR #134 (Failed to read Northrend_23_24.adt)

Hello,

Been playing on Icecrown since 2018 and sometimes when I go from one region to another (Say Sholazar Basin to Wintergrasp) I, rarely, get an error that says this: https://imgur.com/a/wwL4uQk
Usually I have no issue going from one place to another, but sometimes, in Northrend, I crash in certain zones and can only return on that specific character if I unstuck him. This can happen in any zone. 2 months ago I had the exact same crash but in a specific location at Dragonblight. I can't go back to the zone or else it'll happen again. This isn't permanent, as I can access Wintergrasp just fine, but, today, no matter with what character I attempt to do it with, I always crash. I have tried to disable addons, switch accounts, restart the computer but so far nothing's worked.
I searched around and some people found a solution by unisntalling the WoD Models but I'm not inclined into doing that. Since I understand this issue isn't permanent I'd like to find a better solution. Has anyone encountered this so far and if so, what'd you do?

Try removing "read only" attribute from your WoW Folder and apply also to subfolders.
