When do you intend to fix Halls of Stone dungeon (and other broken things...)

Halls of Stone has been impossible to complete without a pet class for about two weeks now, maybe even more. Brann's dialogue option to open the door doesn't work and the only way to finish the dungeon run is to /target the last boss and send a pet to bring him to us. If you don't have such a class in your RDF group, you can't complete it. This is obviously an issue because in RDF heroics players are being robbed of 3 EoTs each day, along with the last boss loot that might be an upgrade for someone or become enchanting materials.
