WotLK Red Winter Hat?

Hey guys, I did the Nexus heroic today and yesterday with no luck of getting the Red Hat from the first boss.

According to an old bug report - this has been fixed before : but the drop is clearly not 100% as the report says it is.

Has anyone else had any luck or noticed this with the Green hat?

Is a bug, should fall to 100% as you say but it does not, the error was fixed 2 years ago, but something has caused it to bugee, it takes bug several days and the staff does not pronounce on it...
