Technical Can't type anything other than alphabets and some numbers in in-game chat

Ok so I'm in a Korean speaking guild and have a question. After the server restart that took place a few hours ago (I don't remember the exact time), we just can't type Korean in in-game chat. Technically I can type, but whenever I press enter and try to send it, words just disappear and nothing happens. Every single guild member can't, so I think it's a problem with the server. And I don't think the problem is limited only to Korean language. Many European language speakers are having trouble, I guess. Is this fix intended? If so, I don't see any reason to forbid us from talking in our language.

Have the same problem with Russian letters :(
