WotLK How do I progress in Icecrown?

I'm currently sitting 4k GS with pos gear.

Been stuck for a while,as I have no clue what to do.
Do I continue grinding pos until I can buy the PvE tier items with the emblems or what?

Would love some help :)

Buy gear with emblems of triumph, craft or buy from ah items like icc recipe for legs and boots, etc..
4k is really low, with fos/pos/hor hc gear you should be more around 5k ish
