Technical Bags and Chat error.

I can't open the bags, neither I can't receive messages from parties or whispers. I have problems using axes, it doesn't skill up on my weapons skills when I fight with them.

I deleted Cache and WTF folders but I still have the same problem.

You'll get skill only fighting mobs that are of green level or higher.
As for the messages you've either turned it off in chat settings (right click chat tab, options) or do you have some addon doing that.
Bags also, maybe you've rebound b to something else, have an addon doing something or game bugged with alt again, hit alt once.

Disable all addons and try then, if it helps it's an addon doing it.
