I report someone and GMs Reply me with message its says they gonna Ban him if he find guilty and after nothing happen now i dont know did he get ban or not how can i learn?

Add him to your friends, if he plays, he didn't get banned. If he is offline all the time, could be banned.
No other way of knowing.

I've gotten a response once from a GM that my report was successful. Probably depends on GM and how they respond.

"We've dealt with the player" is obvious.
"We will investigate" is they'll look more into it.

Those are responses I've gotten, never was there clear indication of not punishing the player.Edited: February 6, 2020
