BG queue bug ?

Hello,

When i queue for a BG by myself on my 4k GS hunter i ALWAYS end up in a bg where people have around 5.5k of average GS. And it is often unwinnable.
When I group with my 3.5k gs friend and he takes the lead and queues, the average GS of the BG falls to around 3k. We tested it over numerous BG and the result was always the same.
One time I took the lead and queued and we ended up in 5.5k gs BGs again.
Is my account bugged or what ?

It's not bugged it's intended, bg's are separated in to 2 brackets one with higher geared players and one with lower.
