Technical keeping video graphics

Hey, started playing the game and love it already. But so far since the first time I started the client I have a minor problem. I need to reset video settings everytime i start the game, like resolution and graphics. Resolution changes immediately but graphics dont change at all. They should be set when the game opens the next time. When i restart the game, im back to default settings. I do have a laptop that i am 100% guaranteed should rock the game at its best. ASUS TUF FX505DT

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
