Hello,

I have purchased a faction change service and did not know that it includes a name change so I purchased a name change too.
When I changed faction and name together it appears that my character is now flagged for a rename which is not necessary since I already renamed my character. Is it possible to "unflag" my character? I do not request any points to receive back.
