Technical Problem with character load

Character Name: Iamerod
Faction: Horde

I was leveling my lvl 78 hunter and when i was doing a quest in zuldrak i got disconnected with a message that the world server was down, then i tried to relog but i was being disconnected all the time with the same message, so i tried the web service character unstuck, and i tried to connect again and the game just stays on the load screen with the loading bar full and i cant play with that char anymore, i tried with a new toon and all was fine i can play normally any ideas?

I'm getting the same thing. 'Login failed' when trying to access my characters. First it was a long load time now it's a 'login failed.'

Servers may be down, I was logged in then all of a sudden general chat was spammed with "Lag" as server went down, logging in for me has taken me back to character screen since down, but now I can't even login to my account after multiple reloads of WoW. I think world server is down

totally true, can't get further then ''Unable To Connect, Contact Blizzard'' So i contacted Blizzard by Phone and they said to hold on for a moment while they investigate the matter....still waiting for them to come back

not sure if that's a joke or not but these servers aren't run by Blizzard lol. Its Warmane Servers.

Yeah it is a joke xD , sorry had to put a face in there but forgot ^^ I would never call Blizzard after that time i waited 25 minutes to speak to a person that could not help me....(2010)
