1. Separating reporting players from in-game tickets

Hello, I would like to suggest to separate reporting players from in-game tickets. There are several reasons why that would be a good idea:

First of all, I guess majority of all tickets are player reports (or at least large portion of it). Because of that, when someone have a problem in game, like raid boss got bugged somehow making it impossible to continue raid, they can't do anything about it. With separation players would just make a ticket and wait for GMs help. With current situation it always ends in RO, because average wait time for a ticket response is 12h+.

Additionally tickets in game have a very limited amount of space. When a report is a little more complicated than just "this player hacks, plz ban" ticket space is not enough for good explanation of the situation. I myself had a situation when I had to write rest of the ticket in some online note-sharing website and including link to it. Links to screens/videos alone take a big portion of the space aviable, making the description really poor.

Also, when there is a situation when you would like to continue a report (for example banned player after returning to game still does the same crime) you need to describe the whole situation again instead of just posting a link to previous report.

Making an option on website to report players or creating a subforum dedicated for that would be a good idea. Or at least making one of the ticket types, like "Report problem" specifically for reporting players and "Talk to a GM" for other kind of problems. What do you think about it?

  2. GMs aren't there to help out with bugged up bosses, and I don't even see that happening that often, can't remember the last time that prevented a raid from continuing, it's usually someone going offline.
They are short, but that's also saving time. Imagine having to read a four page essay in broken English explaining that a player is a ninja cause he won it fair and square.
Of course you need to "do the whole thing over again" cause he got the ban for old evidence, you can't say "oh he's unbanned, ban him again for his old offence" since he was banned for it already.

Subforum for reporting is not going to happen, a ticket might, but GMs are separate from forum mods, they don't need to visit the website that much for their jobs.
