can i get banned if i use a free vpn ( for example someone else used it and got an ip ban or smthing like that ) ??

yes you can get banned. no you cant see if its safe without using it.

Yes, free ones are probably all banned since that's where the scammers go when their actual IP is banned.
Make another account and test it there if you want to check.
Otherwise, there's no need for a VPN, they'll probably introduce more lag.
