Game don't remember my settings

Hi All,

Hope that you can help me out with this problem.

Everytime I start the game, I has to change my video & sound settings.
If I quit the game, and open it again - the video & sound settings is back to default.

I can't change it to 'Windowed Mode' either.
Then the screen just turn black, and I have to close the game through the job list.

Did anyone else faced this issued?
Or do anyone know a solution on how it can be fixed?

What you will need to do is right click on the folder where the wotlk files are and click "properties", then uncheck "read only" it will ask you if you want to do this for this folder and all files within, select yes, then click apply. After that you can go into the same folder and right click on Wow.exe and go to properties. Then click on the "Compatibility" tab and look at the bottom and check "Run this program as Administrator" and click apply. Then I think you will be fine next time you set up your settings it should save them next time you login.

But I still can't change it to 'Windowed Mode'
