WotLK Bans on my other accounts

i don't get it i don't know what to do anymore

I know my Gathering char are suspicious of bot.
since i moved them only when herb spawn.
But I have show GM proof that they are not automated in my tickets.
even screenshot with task manager
but the ban appeals always ended up Rejected with

This case has been reviewed. This account was found to be quite clearly utilizing illegal programs within our realms.

Due to the nature of this infraction, we have decided that it's not within the communities best interest to lift the ban placed on this account at this time

what would you suggest me do ?

Since Smyth's word is final, you will have to serve your ban. Hopefully it is not permanent and you can change the way you gather items or try a new account. There's no other way to get the account back.

its permanent :(
I mean I gather them manually like any gathering character does but with slight advantage cause the herbs are in instance
I will try new account but I'm afraid it will be banned again since now I know now having solid evidence will not help unban it
I have 3 accounts banned with the same sentence which is permanent
I feel traumatized cause many of the characters are good geared on those accounts
I will ofcourse try appealing again after the ban appeal ticket cool down.
but will it make any difference ?
