Mail not delivered on fresh bought character!

Yesterday I bought a character via trade system on Warmane site and I received it instantly on my account. But it had no neck equipped and low gold, so i sent him a Blood Queen Crimson Choker and a bit of gold via mail, from a character on same account. Problem is... Mail never arrived! It has passed more than 24 hours now and still no mail with items. Mails sent on other characters of same account are instant and my fresh bought char receives mails from vote point items. Can you please shed a light on this?

Always log in with a fresh bought/trade-cancelled character once before sending a mail to him. I don't know if the mail you sent will get sent back to your character, you might want to open a ticket for it or search the forum for more information.

Of course i logged in a first time to test his rotation on dummies and see if bought character was corresponding to his description on trade. Only after i sent him gold and items. I searched for information on this matter on forum but couldn't find anything.
My bought character still can't receive mails in-game from other characters on same account, i tested 5 minutes ago sending him 30 copper and mail wasn't delivered...

You can only hope to get it eventually.
Warmane is not responsible for items lost ingame and only items bought from the shop for coins can be restored.

I know the policy but even after server restart i tried to sent my bought char 9 copper and still no mail in-game. I opened a ticket on support system and no answer yet. I'd like to know at least if it is common to have a sort of cooldown for a bought/traded char to receive mails from other chars on same account, or if it is a bug. If it's a bug, please fix it because i have spent a good amount of coins to have this char from trade system and not being able to give it items/gold from other chars on same account is quite frustrating.

If the items sent aren't collected it will be sent back again on the mail.
30 days or something I think, it's tedious but all buggs are.

I really hope this is the case. 72 hours after and nothing changed.
Anyway, I've probably found the bug: there is another char on Icecrown with same name.

My bought char is a gnome mage named Heat, and there is also a draenei shaman named Heat... Maybe something went wrong with last inactivity cleanup. When i first logged my bought char, it wasn't flagged for a rename so i presume it is the legitimate owner of the name now but still, in-game mail system probably can't recognize who is the correct recipient, so mails are not delivered.
For now, i'm working around the problem logging in a second account and trading items to it, and then to my new char. I don't want to do a rename on it because i like it and i think the draenei shaman is flagged to change it.
