WotLK credit card probleme

dear support,
i have a friend that works in the US , so i asked him to purchase coins on warmaine since i don't have a credit card anymore, then the credit card systeme asked him a picture of his ID and the receipt he was afraid and didn't wanna continue the procedure , it was bloked because the credit card was from the US and the security was very high asking information . then one of my friends playing this game wanted to put coins on this account but they coudn't because of the old credit card i can't remove it from this account . i need help from you to delete the old credit card from my account so that i can enjoy playing the game even more .

Credit cards arent attached to any accounts. That'd be a major no-go as a security threat.
All transactions aren't handled by Warmane, but by a 3rd party vendor - Payment Wall.

A lot of first-time-buyers are requested to validate their ID via Paymentwall support email - I've done that myself multiple times.
