    No characters

    So I've been having this account for about a year now and I stopped playing it for a while but I've recently just got back just to check on my characters etc.But when i logged on I saw that my characters have just disappeared. But when I get to choose on what server I'm gonna play it says that I have 4 characters on it..So i just need my characters back so I don't have to start all over again. If you know the answer to my question please reply!
