WotLK Guild tabard design.

Hello there. This is my first prv server experience since i`ve always played WoW on retail since lunched.But after BFA sh*tstorm and the boringfest classic is i decided to join warmane.So i`ve made a guild and used the same name and tabard design i`ve always used. Today i`ve seen some spanish sounding guild using the same tabard design.
Is this ok ? I don`t intent to change the tabard since i`ve been using it since wotlk droped on retail.Same with the guild name.
Not trying to get banned or anything.This server is ok so far...except the stupid "u always pull 2 mobs" bug.

You're asking if two guilds can use the same tabard design? Of course, there's a limited number of tabard designs you can make, it's all fair.
