Pandaria New here. Logging in it says that the Pandaria expansion is pvp only?

Is this the case? If so, is there any other servers here that aren't only pvp? I much rather PvE, with arena pvp instead.. Sorry if my question is nooby. I can;t find an answer anywhere..

PvP realm = in most places when you meet a player from the opposite faction, you can attack him.
