Realms Refresh instance ID vs vote point

COuld be awesome to allow every account to refresh every instance lock down for like 10 vote point.

I play only one char and when I have a lot of playtime a week I have nothing to do after 2 day when I have done all icc and TOC :(

Opens it up to unnecessary farming, makes the pug scene even worse than it is currently and allows excessive farming for endgame raiding guilds. WoW, at least WOTLK, isn't a game you can speedrun and "finish" in two days. If you're bored on only one char, make more, that's why people have alts, lots and lots of alts. Also, try different roles, once you play more than one role you get much better understanding of boss mechanics.
