Im trying to purchase 420 coins and i have never in my life had so much trouble trying to buy something online. everytime i try to purchase it just says purchase wasnt completed. all restrictions on my card are removed and payment wall randomly said it needs to verify me so i submitted pictures of my id and the credit card i used and it eventually said it wasnt verified but i got an email about that verifcation request saying that the documents i submited have been verified and all restrictions on my account have been removed and im ready to purchase. so i go and try it again and im getting the same problem its just saying the transaction wasnt complete. i have enough funds the card to purchase that amount so im just so confused on whats going on. i have made countless purchases before on this very same account. can someone please help me this is rather annoying im trying to buy a character before someone snags it. i can provide any documentation needed and emails anything i have it all. please help
