    My all characters are gone

    I have not played WoW for about 2 years. Yesterday night i decided to come back to WoW and when i logged to my account i realized my characters are gone. Hmmm... i thought there was a reser or something but i do not know. Can someone tell me more about this thing ? Thank you in advance :3

    did you check in-game or on website?

    If you can not see your character on website it means they have been flagged for a rename due to inactivity. So just check in-game

    If you can not see them in-game, then send an email to [email protected] to find out what happened (or open a ticket on website if your account is premium)
