Can nothing really be done?

I've opened a ticket about the Jade Forest being bugged (I accidentally did the Art of War even though I deleted the quest every time I logged in). I was told to open a ticket in-game. A few days later, a GM replies that nothing can be done. So, here I am, with the Cloud Serpent mounts from both Nalak and the Sha of Anger. I cannot ride them, and I cannot do any rep grinding with Order of the Cloud Serpent. Without Cloud Serpent rep, I cannot learn the serpent riding skill.

Is this really not fixable in any way? Despite all the warnings MoP players are given to not do the aforementioned quest, it always sneaks into our quest logs.

Check the bugtracker to see if it's reported. If it is, wait for a fix. Nothing you can do until then.
