Why do i miss?

Why do I miss as arcane mage while I have 8.65% hit rating+6% from talents+3% from a boomkin in raid+1% from draenei's passive?

I think you can even miss when hit capped or im wrong? My prot warrior misses sometimes even with hit capped + expertise.

You shouldnt miss as I know if hit capped.

Most likely you used spell from other school(talent is only for arcane school) or didnt have 3% debuff on target yet.

That's my point with this post,i used arcane blast and I checked for improved faerie fire..its hit capped but still missing few times per boss

The only reason I can think of is Choking Gas Bombs? Assuming all of your stuff are accurate.

Only times I miss is when it's target switch(oozes, raggins, etc) before SP can get up his debuff. Also, sometimes I get a Miss on first hit on the boss, since I cast it before server registers that there is 3% debuff on(low ping).

Take a screen or video where its clearly displayed, post it on bugtracker. Maybe there is something wrong with talent/racial or arcane spells.
