Cannot see any Npc of Knights of The Ebon Blade

Hi, so before all... I already did the Qchain a year or 2 ago... I'm an exalted already but for some bug I can't see any of the npcs...
and therefor I cannot buy and head enchant which make it sux... cuz I already been waiting for gm's answer ingame ticket for like 2-3 days already.
please help... some1 had that problem be4?
