Technical Unable to connect to the server

I typed in the username and Password

But it just keeps showing connecting.. and isn't connecting to the server.

Please help.. Am i doing something wrong here?

You are doing nothing wrong. Servers are overloaded. Keep trying until it works. Maybe try restarting PC, idk if that'll help.

im also having the same problem, im playing on WoTLK 3.3.5a(wod model).

its only connecting then back to "unable to connect" thing

Getting the below error:
"This account needs to be converted to a Battle.net account. Please go to <battle.net details> to begin the conversion."

I doubt this is due to too many people trying to log in?

I've tried all night to logg in but it keeps saying unable to connect. Any explonation/fix?

For some of you the problem is probably your Config.wtf file which sits in the WTF folder. at the top make sure you have:
SET realmList "logon.warmane.com"

That worked^
