WotLK I couldn't find my character in the game.

Hello

I used to be a molten player owning a female level 80 Human Mage named "Fafour" that I grinded so hard to equip.
I quit the game for some time and upon my return in 2015 I found out that my character has been deleted due to a fault in the Database and as a reward, I got refunded the same character but equipped with a S6 "Furious" gear and 23 coins to buy whatever I found pleasing.
I didn't complain at the time by the fact that I had around 6000 GearScore itemset and I happend to lose it all, instead I went to buy "Bloodsurge, Kel'Thuzad's Blade of Agony" from the shop with my 23 recompensation coins, I played for a little time and again I quit the game.
I returned to play the past few days but I couldn't find my character at all in my account, I tried searching in the armory for my character to see if it's still there but I couldn't find it anymore, it only show my mage of Blackrock server.
I want to ask for a restoration of my character, you can track back my account in your DataBase and you'll find out that all that I mention above is pinpoint correct.

I forgot to mention that my character was in Icecrown server.

After being inactive for 5 years do you honestly expect to get it back?

If it's not under my account>services>char restoration you won't see it again.

When you came back there were x2 Wotlk realms: Deathwing and Ragnaros.

On 20 May 2016 those two realms got merged into 1 realm, name "Icecrown". (players had to manually move their chaarcters to the new Realm)
