1. Unjustified ban

Playing with my premade friends, he hooked us up with a magician. (I am rogue) It was black rock, they gave some leather gloves, but I did not notice that they were of intellect and spirit, the fact is that the magician immediately began to say that he was a ninja who was going to report to me, I realized that the gloves were not agile and I went to trade them (although they were useless) and he said verbatim "Nah I don't want them, im gonna get u banned for the ninja move". (I have the photo https://i.imgur.com/XuZYZTW.jpg).

Total, now I was playing when I was disconnected and my friend told me that I have been banned for 5 days. I opened an in-game query yesterday before this happened, because I knew that this guy would give the version that interests him just to screw up. I imagine that the GM has not had time to see mine. I do not think this is a reason to ban 5 days and less of people who take advantage of the mistakes of others just to go to hell.

  2. whether you tried to trade the item back or not you still broke the rules. sadly some people do take full advantage of mistakes and use them to screw people over, the fact that it wasn't even a level 80 dungeon makes it that much more sad on their part imo. you could make a ban appeal, but your ban will have expired by the time they get to it. nothing you can do but wait it out.

Breaking rules is intentionally stealing an item " ninja." But mistakes do happen where you give item accidentally to the wrong person or whatever. The guy wanted to fix the mistake, its not ninja and its not breaking rules in my point of view.

He needed intellect gloves for his rogue. It is a mistake but first and foremost it's breaking the rules. His fault for not paying attention. Next time he'll know better than to instantly need something he can wear, no matter the stats.
I can understand why the dude reported him, because I've seen the same type of people in low RDFs aswell. They need everything they can wear for the sake of getting it and if you see enough of those cases you'd report people like that aswell.

I would not go to do that ***** to someone who has not noticed and even less if I see that they are a premade and that it was not a cloth magician who can not wear leather. We have met several like this throughout this journey and we have not been uploading photos to screw up, we have warned the person and we have spoken with them to pass the object to us, but any fault has it. We are a group of colleagues and we also have one who is starting and many times we tell him to be careful with what he throws. Anyway, everyone do what comes out of their eggs, but it is one thing to find a *** who takes something away from you and leaves the dungeon and quite another to find someone who you see is wrong, See that he tells you that it is a mistake and try to clarify it in a language that is not his and see that the other just spits in your face because it is cool.

  6. The gloves was leather item, not cloth, the mage could not use that, and Sergieitor tried to give it to the mage anyway.

This mage only wants someone to get banned.

  7. Yea, mage is a dick. That's why I dislike the dungeon ninja rule, at least at low levels. In level 80 heroics I can sort of understand it, but low levels that shouldn't be a thing. You replace items so fast that having item A over item B is a nonissue.
