    Loot Disappeared After Server Crash

    Character Name: Desolation (Frostmourne)

    I was running Nexus HC during the crashes, we managed to kill Keristrasza and she dropped the Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood, I equipped it and the server crashed immediately following. Upon relogging, she was dead and the trinket was gone from both my inventory and my character sheet.

    you can try and write a ticket but dont get your hopes up. Lost a raid dropped in a similar way not long ago and they said there was nothing they could do

    Don't open a ticket, don't clutter GMs with a ticket you already know the answer to.
    Only items that can be restored are items purchased with coins, items that drop and are lost due to crashes are not going to be restored.
