as long as they're not unique and your class/spec has the ability to dualwield you should be able to.

If you bought them for coins within 24 hours you can open a item misbuy ticket. If you bought them for points there is no refund.

The item in question is a "main hand" item so you can only equip it in main hand (left one on your char screen).
