Technical Unable to hand in Brutal Armor

I have a lvl 27 Tauren Warrior on Lordaeron, have collected the quest items for Brutal Armor, have them in my bag, go to Thun'grim Firegaze to hand in, but the Continue button is greyed out. I can't hand in.

Is this a known bug?

The solution was that as I had Mining, I had to smelt the iron.
