Website Druid Balance bug Proc

Hi,

There is 2 talents point making proc when you crit, but when 1 is active the other one cant proc so its a bug.

The talents are "Nature's Grace" and the other one is " Eclipse"

Btw I have tested on dummy and it seems to work fine.
I have spammed Starfire on dummy. On the first crit I got "Eclipse" + "Nature's Grace"

Remeber that only Starfire has 100% chance to active "Eclipse" when you crit.
Wrath has only 60% chance to proc "Eclipse" when you crit

Also, Eclipse has 30 sec of CD:
"Each effect lasts 15 sec and each has a separate 30 sec cooldown. Both effects cannot occur simultaneously."
