[ANSItem Puchased from the Points Store, mistakenly sent to the wrong character.

Hello again.

The ticket system unfortunately has no other category besides Ban Appeal. It did not allow me to even send using that available option as I must be banned for it to work at all.

I believe I must copy and paste the information of my issue from the previous thread onto this new one.

This is an Item purchased from the Points Store.

I accidentally purchased a Wisdom's Hold shield for one of my characters that already owns one... I was meaning to buy one for my Shaman and clicked on the wrong name that was exactly underneath her name. My Paladin now owns 2 of these shields...
I was wondering but is it possible for my 17 points to be returned to me and the shield taken away?
It takes either 18 or 19 days for me to acquire that much points from voting! I won't touch the shield and let it stay in my mailbox. I would be very grateful if this request can be taken into consideration. If not, then thank you for reading this at least.
