Lost Character but displays it still exists in Realm selection

Hi,

I was inactive for a year or so and came back to the game, my account doesn't show any of my characters on the online trading page, though in the realm selection screen it says I've still got one on Lordaeron and one on Icecrown, but when I log onto Lordaeron it's not there(haven't checked Icecrown yet bcs it's overcrowded as always, but I assume it's the same scenario). I also can't create a new DK which implies that my highest level characters got lost.. Is there a chance the characters are still archived somewhere, available to retrieve? I'm pretty sure I had a lvl 80 DK and lvl 60 Warrior somewhere..

Same here, i know we lose our nicknames for inactivity but i cant see the character.

I was not sure if my memory pulling a number on me until seeing this post, i lost many chars to all those servers that get decomissioned (and that moltdown) because i was not around the time of decomission. What happened this time?

Hey me too!
I had 2 level 80! My main was a paladin ICC geared.
I worked my *** off. left the server for like 6/7 months. Checked in 1 or 2 times in the month.
And now when I want to start again, everything is gone! :(

The realm showed me there were still characters!
I made new once to see if they maybe would appear, but in my mistake they even show the original number anymore!

Now I just have (1)...

Is this fixable??
