I don't see a reason why default blizz script wouldn't be allowed, especially if it's just clearing errors?
Yes, using windowed mode and watching YT is allowed.

No. So to be safe record your screen and keyboard with an external camera while playing.
You can have anything open in the background as long as it does not modify wow.exe or it's memory.
You can use anything that's available ingame such as all /script functions since those are a part of the game. Scripting is a general term and it refers to using external programs (mostly) that perform an action when they see something iname. Such as instant interrupts and so on. All addons are allowed, just don't download any .exe files that say they're addons.
