Hello fellas , the problem is the following:

As you see for example my quartz addon , the addon is working just fine but the settings are missing , every single tab as profiles , players , target and etc are just empty , I have downloaded the addon like 10 times from diffrent locations, a friend of mine has sent me his PlateBuffs addon and I dont see the settings , but he sees them , I have tried removing some addons to see if It's cuz I have too many addons , but they are still not working , my other friend has the same issues but his pc is good asf so it's not low pc problem (while mine is decent but still) . I tried asking in-game but nobody could help me .

That's happening only on some addons , for example I have my tmw settings
