WotLK Does Lordearan not have the pay to win features?

I've been on Icecrown so I can level quickly but I like to PvP and it seems like it would be pretty ****ty to play against players who just buy all the best items and crush

PvP is crossrealm, so when you're on Lordaeron you'll fight people from Icecrown in BGs. If you like PvP stay on Icecrown.
Also, to answer your title question, I'd like to add that Lordaeron doesn't have gear shop.
