Following my previous post (renaming a low lvl character that is unplayed) staff/gm's cant provide this type of service, which i fully understand, i would ask if there is a way to know the main character of an account, by searching on his alt/or their other characters.

There is many ways on the armory retail do to that, one for example is comparing achievements points. But on retail, achievements are account bounded, that is not the case here.

So my problem is still the same, but this time i want to talk with the MAIN character of the account (if there is one ofc). To negociate with him if he can delete/rename his character vs in-game gold or whatever i can trade to him.

I don't know if staff/GM's have the RIGHT to do that, but i think they can find it, by searching the characters on the account, using the name of the account itself. If this is in adequation with the policy of the server, then i will make a request with the name i want to change into, so you can give me informations about the account owner.

I prefer to not use the way i wrote above, so if there is another way, which is acceptable to do, i will be thankful.

And finally, if all of that is not possible, i would like to know, when the wipe of the low, unplayed characters, is done approximately.
