I was wondering, what does Solo que count as in terms of points calculation ? I received very low points and not sure if its a mistake, bug, or what

It's handled as a 2s team. Same with rating, SoloQ rating is the same as if you had that rating in 2s.

soloq rating has 2vs2 value for Arena Point Calculation and Rating requirement for gear BUT 5vs5 value for achievement/statistics
