I've been always wondering why is it not possible to withdraw coins from your account and transform them into a real currency through PayPal or directly your bank account and so. Does anyone know the specific reason?

Because Warmane coins don't mean anything to PayPal or a bank.

To prevent more scams and account hacking maybe? Are you seriously even asking that question?
I got 3 coins at the moment, that's nothing to be honest, but people have hacked accounts for much less than 3 euros.
And also, not a single game allows you to "take back" your virtual currency not because they're "evil and greedy" but because it opens up legal problems. You could be trading illegal items and accepting payments for warmane coins cause that's just as valid as real money. Now you may see why not a single game offers that sort of ridiculous service.
