PVP on open zone with hode making huge damage also low lvl of me

i fight with a shaman orc ( me 80 and he 79) but he make about 6k every hit...it is possible?? ( i having my pvp gear ond he only pv gear) ...maybe server give a boost to horde???

Server doesn't give a boost to anyone. If you fought him in Wintergrasp it's possible he had a lot of Tenacity stacks which increase damage, health, healing etc. and they appear when groups are uneven and when one side controls the fortress for several battles.
