Bank slot disappeared

Hi,

Could someone have a look at my toon Anubiz on Lordaeron? The 7th bank slot has magically disappeared.
Also I can't create a ticket. The only ticket category I have is about bans.

Same thing happened to me. The bad thing is that i had about 5.7k GS worth of items for one of my offspecs in that bank slot. I created a ticket but it just got deleted 2 days later without any response. They said on the website that all the items lost due to these crashes will be restored. Will see if this is true.
