pvp aura script for certain buffs

i'm trying to make a script that displays a specific aura when it's gained/faded without showing the rest of the unwanted aura combat text. i'll give u an example:

when combat text (aura) is enabled and if i press renew on my disc priest the following auras will show: <Renew> gained, <Energized> gained, <Energized> gained, <Divine Aegis> gained.

so i want to disable all and only enable a specific one such as Inner Focus gain and fade. the same idea can be applied for Water Shield/Earth Shield... etc.

it should be a script related to "on event register show combat text... etc" ... i tried researching it a lot and couldn't find it.

can some1 help me with this? and no i don't want to use addons.
