Unchecking "Read-only" is not saving

When going to properties of the main wow folder and unchecking Read-only attribute it resets itself after you close it. I think that's why I cannot login to play the game. (as soon as I press enter in the login screen, board pops up showing that I have been disconnected (that's when trying to login with email) if trying to login with the account name board pops up showing that the information that I have entered is not valid.)

For the record, you need to log in with account name, never with e-mail.
